It’s interesting to note how small changes on the dials of world timers can reflect the socio-economic dynamics in China.

Does it have exactly the same dial of 5131? I wonder why they decided to use the 5130 hands instead of the 5230 hands...

5170p’s dial is a bit too sporty... to the extent that it doesn’t feel like a 5170 anymore. As an owner of the 5170g with white pulsation dial, I find it difficult to accept the platinum rendition.
