Casey had a hell of an eye for quiet compositions and subtle color. Thanks for going through his images Echi, I'll stay tuned and enjoy the celebration of his talents. I miss him.

I remember those print exchanges, and the sticker shock when I learned how much it was going to cost me to send a print to Casey. smile  Well worth the cost!

Love #2 but #3 is more my style.

I do remember this series, and marveled at how tough he was, to seek out the northern Japan winters in Hokkaido

Tokyo, Nagano, Hokkaido, etc, all the places that he traveled to. He had an eye and frame in mind that brings out the best in the mood and unique perspective in the photos he took. And i am also a fan of his annual top 10..

Very nice selection of photos

Indeed they are so much Casey, I think I could have guessed they are from him if I wouldn’t have known they are from him. He had an eye to make the perfect picture, full of harmony, always the ideal composition, he was simply a very talented person on top...
