Montblanc Star Worldtime - you prefer black or white ? :)

Following on Luis' macro shots of his beautiful Star Worldtime...

Here are a few I took to share smile

Which do you prefer - black or white ?
The black is more sporty but the white is more legible and has that yummy blued hands! See Luis' post here:

Enjoy the macros. I have this watch for around 9 months now and still loving it!

and are having fun Luis! ;) My black dial version is legible when the lighting is good. Under low light, it is harder to read to be honest Cheers robin

Just looked at this beauty yesterday and couldn't find any review or nice pictures of it in the wild. You make me want one now lol. And for the question, I prefer black one.

Honored that your first post on PuristSPro is on our forum and this thread :) Glad you like our Star Worldtime. Both Luis and I had posted more pics before - feel free to browse thru them. Let us know if you eventually get this watch! Would love to share ...

I had the same dilemma in Dec 2013 and I chose the black exactly with the reasons you stated. It barely pipped the white dial version which is also very nice with the blued hands and a more classic look cheers robin

The white is also charming... with those yummy blued hands! With Luis and me combined, you get to enjoy both versions here :) Cheers robin

Hi Robin, white dial for me because of ...

...the blue hands and my aging eyes can only read white dials at night !! Both are just as elegant though. Cheers, Gordon

Thanks Gordon for the feedback

Coming from a worldtime connoisseur, I value your feedback alot :) I also think the white dial is more legible... as I am getting older... I worry for my calendar watches with sub-dials (as you had predicted when we first met!) :) Cheers robin
