I'm pleased to hear that Jerome Lambert thinks that the market is now going to be driven by the watches in the 5000 Euro range.  It seems that all of these latest big complications from the big brands such as Vacheron Constantin, Patek Philippe, A. Lange & Soehne, and many others - have all been about making HUGE and THICK watches with UNNECESSARY complications with tremendous price tags that costs as much to buy as small condominium homes in major cities.

The only advice I have for Montblanc is to change that font on the back of the case (the font surrounding the exhibition back on the back of the watch).  It looks so bad that it cheapens the look of the watch.

Thanks Ken for the interview.  I previously thought you were with Jerome during the visit to the tree!

I must say that one of the pièces I preferred during this SIHH was the Orbis Terrarum. I had some doubts, some questions, and now I have some convinctions. Always great to have a conversation with Jérôme Lambert. Best, Nicolas

Great interview Ken!

Am sure you had a great time with Jerome :) I am very happy to see Montblanc living out the concept of "sharing the passion for fine watchmaking". Offering such complications as a real Worldtime and their ExoTourbillon chronograph at very reasonable price...

Thank you for a great read, Ken! :)
