Although there was little or no content on watches, I find this video of Thorsten Hering very inspiring.

The teamwork, the opportunities for people who work hard and with talent (whether with a college/polytechnic education or not) to rise up the ranks is very inspiring.

The bespoke and LE projects for their pens and to your point, the resources Montblanc HQ commits to these projects to ensure only the best craftsmanship is employed.. all of this spirit I believe is applied to their watch manufacture too, especially in Villeret.

Thanks for the video Mike. I have not seen these videos before and have enjoyed them
